The Skanner Foundation 38th Annual MLK Breakfast Returns to The Convention Center

The Skanner Foundation again invites the community to share breakfast and celebrate the life, work, and vision of civil rights icon the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. with its 38th annual breakfast celebration January 15, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

This year, The Skanner Foundation's Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast returns to the Oregon Convention Center in a larger space. As usual, the attendees will listen to inspiring words from our elected officials, hear from previous student scholarship winners, and enjoy local musical talent. The breakfast will also be an occasion to present The Skanner Foundation's Drum Major for Justice award.
